Welcome to Earthians. No matter how you found us, we are glad you did.
The Philosophy Of Earthians and Earthianism, if you will, is outlined below. This is not a whitepaper, but a statement of our beliefs and short-term goals. This is a live draft that may be worked on as you read it. No version of this document will ever be final, for if a document is final - it stops its growth and progress.
Our thinking is organized in levels, and you can choose individually how deeply you would like to explore the philosophy as well as the ideas herein.

Level One - Limited to a sentence. You are curious. Just looking for a quick return.
Level Two - Limited to a paragraph. You are an explorer. You are looking for projects to actively support.
Level Three - No limit is posed. You like to go deep. You might even consider joining the team, should a project be worthy.

Level 1: The world of work is broken. People are not paid fairly, and management often exploits employees.
Level 1: People will no longer work for a single organization for long periods of time, and will demand decentralization, “flatness”.
